In this week’s interview, we had the pleasure of sitting down and talking to Nikolas Samios, a GP at PT1. Founded in 2018, PT1 was with a mission to drive transformation in the real asset sector. While it began with a focus on real estate and property technologies, the fund has since broadened its thesis to encompass energy transition, climate adaptation tech, construction tech, and infrastructure resilience, reflecting a wider commitment to upgrading Europe’s physical and energy infrastructure.
